HubSpot renames Commerce Hub to Revenue Hub, expanding to full quote-to-cash

HubSpot has rebranded Commerce Hub as Revenue Hub and expanded its remit from billing and payments to a full quote-to-cash workflow. On June 17, 2026, HubSpot’s updated Revenue Hub product page began describing the change as the evolution of Commerce Hub and outlined new packaging around CPQ, contracts, billing, and payments.

What changed

Revenue Hub pulls quoting, contracts, billing, and payments into one flow inside HubSpot’s CRM rather than treating payments as a separate end step. The FAQ on the updated Revenue Hub page explicitly calls it “formerly Commerce Hub,” details CPQ embedded on the deal record, and lists Professional and Enterprise seat pricing that starts at $95 and $140 per user monthly respectively.

Localized pages reflect the same positioning, confirming this is a coordinated rebrand rather than a regional test. The Japanese-language Revenue Hub overview states that Revenue Hub is the successor to Commerce Hub and describes contracts, recurring billing, invoicing, and payments unified with customer data, with a “revenue agent” labeled as coming soon.

Why it matters

In practice, the rename signals that HubSpot is making revenue operations a first-class surface of the platform. Framing this as Revenue Hub clarifies that the company is competing head-on in quote-to-cash and CPQ, not just payments. That positioning also ties neatly to HubSpot’s AI footprint, where Breeze agents can act on revenue context for tasks like invoice follow up and renewal nudges, which HubSpot highlights across its Breeze AI agents materials.

Immediate implications for customers

Expect in-app labels, SKUs, and documentation to roll to the new name over the coming days. Some knowledge base articles still referenced “Commerce Hub” as of late May, such as guidance on change quotes that requires a Commerce Hub seat, which underscores how fresh the rebrand is and where wording will update next in the doc set. That reference is visible in the article on creating a change quote on a contract, last updated May 27, 2026.

For operations teams, the practical change is scope rather than a net new tool. Quoting moves closer to contracts and invoicing within CRM records, and packaging clarifies what sits in free, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. HubSpot notes on its Revenue Hub page that payments availability still depends on processor choice, with HubSpot Payments limited to select countries while Stripe covers most other regions, so finance leaders should check regional coverage before consolidating workflows.
