Adobe Journey Optimizer Adds Journey Execution Timeline Skill To CX Coworker

View favourites

Adobe added the Journey Execution Timeline skill to Adobe Journey Optimizer’s CX Enterprise Coworker integration on October 26, 2026. The capability gives users an end-to-end view of Read Audience journey batches, covering audience export, journey execution, and delivery timing.

Timeline analysis for Read Audience journeys

The skill supports Read Audience journeys using batch or scheduled exports. It reports when each processing stage started and ended, how long the batch took, and profile-level P95 and P99 timing for entry, exit, and execution. The capability is listed in Adobe Journey Optimizer’s October 2026 release updates with an availability date of October 26, 2026.

Users can query the timeline through Coworker Chat with prompts such as asking how long a specific Read Audience journey took, requesting stage-by-stage timings by batch, or identifying which batch took the longest and which stage caused the delay. The Coworker workflow documentation identifies the skill as read-only analysis of journey execution data.

For implementation and operations teams, the new view provides a way to separate audience export delays from journey processing and delivery delays without manually correlating those stages. It applies to Read Audience batch execution and does not change the underlying journey flow or delivery configuration.
