Adobe Marketo Engage Landing Pages 404 Errors in Ashburn & San Jose

Adobe Marketo Engage experienced a landing page availability incident on September 30, 2026, causing hosted landing pages in the Ashburn and San Jose data centers to return HTTP 404 errors. Adobe recorded the event on its public Marketo Engage status page, while independent incident monitoring from IsDown tracked the disruption as lasting approximately 4.8 hours.

Landing Page Requests Failed in Two Adobe Data Centers

The incident affected a subset of Marketo Engage customers using the Ashburn and San Jose data centers. Visitors attempting to open affected Marketo-hosted landing pages received 404 responses, preventing those campaign destinations from loading during the service window.

The incident was resolved on September 30. Marketing operations teams investigating unusual landing page traffic or conversion gaps from that date should first compare request logs and campaign timestamps with the Adobe incident window before changing landing page URLs, forms, redirects, or campaign logic.
