Salesforce Expands Agentforce Coworker Across Teams, Mobile, And Desktop
Salesforce announced a major expansion of Agentforce Coworker on November 4, 2026, adding Microsoft Teams, mobile, desktop, connected productivity data, reusable Skills, and Conversation History. Salesforce said Coworker now has more than 185,000 users, with usage increasing 21 times over the previous three months.
The update positions Coworker as an orchestration layer for Salesforce data, Agentforce agents, flows, and supported business actions. It uses applicable Salesforce permissions, sharing rules, configured access controls, and approval and audit capabilities for supported operations.
Availability and pricing
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connectivity, Conversation History, Skills, and a new per-user pricing option are available now. The new SKU is priced at $50 per user per month. Salesforce customers can enable Coworker in Setup, while customers adopting the per-user model must contact their Salesforce account executive.
Agentforce Coworker in Microsoft Teams, the iOS app, Mac and Windows desktop apps, the Coworker MCP server, and a free trial for Flex Credits customers are listed for general availability during November 2026. Scheduled tasks, Daily Digest, and Coworker access through Field Service, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud mobile apps are expected in December 2026.
The rollout gives administrators more deployment surfaces, but the availability schedule separates released functionality from features still planned for later delivery. Pricing and availability remain subject to customer agreements and regional availability.
