Adobe Marketing Agent Goes Live in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Enters Beta Across Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini

Adobe has taken a major step toward embedding its marketing intelligence directly into the tools teams use every day. Following announcements at Adobe Summit 2026, the Adobe Marketing Agent is now generally available inside Microsoft 365 Copilot and has entered beta across several leading AI platforms, including Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate.

What Is the Adobe Marketing Agent?

The Adobe Marketing Agent is an AI-powered assistant that connects Adobe Experience Platform directly to the collaboration tools marketers already rely on. Instead of switching between dashboards and analytics portals, teams can now ask natural-language questions inside Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to retrieve campaign insights, audience data, and performance metrics from Experience Platform in real time.

The agent is designed to surface insights, create content briefs, and help optimize campaigns without interrupting existing workflows. Adobe describes it as a purpose-built marketing agent that shows up at every step of the process to assist and execute across systems.

Multi-Platform Availability Marks a Shift in Strategy

What makes this rollout especially notable is the breadth of AI platforms Adobe has chosen to support. The Marketing Agent is not locked into a single vendor ecosystem. By going live in Microsoft 365 Copilot and simultaneously entering beta on Amazon Q, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise, and IBM watsonx Orchestrate, Adobe is signaling that it wants its CX intelligence accessible wherever marketing teams happen to work.

This multi-platform approach aligns with the broader Adobe CX Enterprise vision announced at Summit, which is built on open standards including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol. The goal is seamless interoperability across any surface, whether that is an Adobe application or a third-party AI assistant.

How It Fits Into the CX Enterprise Ecosystem

The Marketing Agent rollout is part of a larger partner ecosystem expansion Adobe announced alongside the introduction of CX Enterprise. AI agents, skills, and developer tools from Adobe will be available within offerings from AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI.

For teams already working with Adobe Campaign or exploring the new Adobe Campaign v8 updates that shipped this month – including native Firefly integration and free AI actions – the Marketing Agent adds another layer of intelligence. It can pull audience segments and campaign performance data into the AI assistants where planning and reporting conversations already happen.

Major agencies including dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell, and WPP, along with system integrators like Accenture, Deloitte Digital, and IBM, are already building customized offerings on top of these capabilities.

What This Means for Marketing Teams

The practical impact is straightforward: marketers who live in Microsoft Teams or use enterprise AI assistants can now query Adobe Experience Platform data without leaving their workflow. Need to check how a segment performed last week? Ask in Teams. Want a quick summary of campaign attribution before a stakeholder meeting? Ask your AI assistant.

For organizations running Adobe Campaign Classic workflows or managing complex data schemas across their Adobe Campaign environment, this represents a more accessible entry point to platform intelligence – one that does not require deep technical expertise to use.

As Adobe continues to roll out the CX Enterprise Coworker in the coming months, the Marketing Agent serves as an early proof point for how agentic AI can work across vendor boundaries in practice, not just in theory.
