Reddit and HubSpot Launch Public Beta Integration for Social CRM Workflows
Reddit and HubSpot have launched a public beta integration that brings Reddit community management directly into HubSpot’s Marketing Hub – letting marketers publish, monitor, and engage with subreddits without leaving their CRM.
The integration, announced on April 16, 2026, is available to users on HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise plans. It marks a significant step in Reddit’s push to be treated as a serious marketing channel alongside platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
What Marketers Can Do Inside HubSpot
The Reddit integration plugs into HubSpot’s existing Social tool and adds several new capabilities. Marketers can draft and schedule posts to any subreddit directly from HubSpot’s content calendar. HubSpot’s Social Insights now surfaces Reddit mentions of your brand, products, and competitors – complete with sentiment analysis and competitor share-of-voice tracking. From HubSpot’s Reply tab, teams can respond to Reddit comments without switching platforms, and post metrics including comments, upvotes, and scores flow into the same dashboard used to track other social channels.
The move is part of HubSpot’s broader push to unify marketing execution and data across channels. It follows the Spring 2026 Spotlight, which introduced more than 99 platform updates including HubSpot AEO, an expanded Prospecting Agent, and Smart Deal Progression.
Reddit’s Growing Appetite for CRM Integration
Reddit’s decision to partner with HubSpot comes as marketers increasingly look to the platform for authentic consumer insights. With more than 100 million daily active users, Reddit communities are frequently cited by AI systems like ChatGPT and Perplexity as credible sources – making it a key channel for brand visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search.
The HubSpot integration arrived just one week after TikTok announced its own native integration with the CRM platform. Reddit framed the move as a way to “close a loop” for marketers who were already watching Reddit conversations but couldn’t act on them from within their workflow tools.
For marketers already investing in AI-powered features like HubSpot’s AEO tool and Breeze AI agents, the Reddit integration is a practical addition that brings one of the web’s most influential community platforms into a unified workflow.
How to Get Started
To connect Reddit to HubSpot, users need a Reddit account and an active HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription. The integration is activated through HubSpot’s Social settings under the connected accounts panel. As the beta matures, HubSpot and Reddit are expected to expand the feature set – particularly around paid Reddit ad integration and deeper analytics tied to CRM contact records.
