Every campaign manager, sooner or later, finds their way into marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign Classic.

However, one common challenge is encountered when loading campaigns and their workflows. By default, the system loads the first-added workflow, which can lead to confusion. Many users have inadvertently made changes to older versions of campaign workflows or even unintentionally executed campaign workflows, mistakenly believing they were in proof mode.

Fortunately, there is a straightforward solution to this issue. To ensure that the newest campaign workflow is always loaded first, you simply need to move it to the top of the list. This way, every time you open a campaign, the latest workflow will be the one that loads.
